Just as after the dark winter comes a bright spring, also on our Terrace, after a time of restrictions, took place the joyful toruism branch meeting, full of positive energy. The slogan of the season of meetings and trips was a magic night celebrated throughout Scandinavia – Midsummer.

This tradition dates back to the times of the Vikings. It is the moment of the solstice of day and night, a magical time when everything is possible and good overcomes evil.

In Sweden, the very eve of Midsummer’s Eve is celebrated surrounded by nature. Adults and children collect flowers to make wreaths and place them on a tall pole entwined with greenery, around which all celebrations, dances, games and meetings are concentrated.

Cities seem to be empty and people with baskets full of food are going to the shores of seas, lakes, fjords to spend time together, singing, having fun, with family and friends at huge bonfires and flowered tables.

It was similar at the Tarasov meeting. It is difficult to describe the joy of meeting outdoors, where the tables were full of Swedish specialties.

The industry meeting was accompanied by a presentation of the offer of Swedish Jarva Park Hotel.
